Camper vans and Small Caravans must park in allocated zone in Bear Meadow.

Please note, there is no electrical hook up or chemical toilet disposal.

It is a condition of entry that all individuals agree to our camping T&C’s

Please adhere to the allocated pitch size:

Pairs – 1 x small tent

Team of 3 – 2 x small tents or 1 x medium tent

Team of 4 – 2 x small tents or 1 x medium tent

Please do not take up too much space when setting up camp. And please, please do not bring a gazebo. They needlessly take up valuable camping space (and there are plenty more interesting places to sit at the TrailFest than just outside your tent!).

Family and Supporter camping pitches are restricted to one additional tent per runner and can only be purchased by a registered 6, 12 or 24 hour competitor.

Entry Conditions

This is a multi-terrain trail running event and all competitors enter it at their own risk. While medical assistance is provided for the duration of the event no liability will be accepted by the charity, individual race organisers or land owners for any injury incurred by entering this race.

It is a condition of entry that all competitors agree to the terms and conditions as set out on the Suffolk Trail Festival website.
