6 HOUR RACE

Entry Fee: Solo £35
Please note: To conform to UK Athletics Rules, an additional £2 fee for non attached runners is required.

Age Limit: Minimum age is 20 on race day
Starting at 2pm you have 6 hours to tackle the 6.5 mile course.
One loop = 10k ( ish)
Two Loops = Half Marathon
Four Loops = Marathon
Five Loops = Ultra
You could choose to cover a set distance or just see how far you can go, making this an ideal summer challenge.
The multi-terrain course includes hard-packed forest and grass paths. Suitable for road shoes.
> A beautiful marked 6.5 mile course around the forest.
> Hot showers will be available from 6pm-11pm each night and 11am-2pm on Sunday
> Full professional chip-timing and lap counting.
> Basic refreshments throughout the race eg tailwind / TRIBE protein bars /coke / crisps / fruit
> Self-serve tea, coffee & hot chocolate will be located at HQ.
> Fully qualified medical support.
> Medal for all finishers.
> Free race photography
> Top 3 male & female finishers will receive a trophy.

> Option to purchase an additional camping pitch for supporters.
> Reduced Forestry England parking fee of £5 all day or £10 for the 3 days.

Please note this is a cupless race. Fresh drinking water will be available for you to refill your bottles but no cups will be provided.
This is a cross country trail event and all competitors enter it at their own risk. While medical assistance is provided for the duration of the event no liability will be accepted by the charity, individual race organisers or land owners for any injury incurred by entering this race. Parts of the course may be muddy and all terrain running shoes are advisable.
It is a condition of entry that all competitors agree to the terms and conditions as set out on the Suffolk Trail Festival website.
