How far, fast and where is entirely up to you! There’s no set distance but to keep you moving we’ll be awarding distance certificates for the following milestones: 5 miles, Half Marathon, Marathon, Ultra Marathon (50k) and 100 Miles
Adult £12 / £17 Inc medal
ALL race proceeds will benefit St Nicholas Hospice Care and Suffolk Mind, you can find our more about the services our chosen charities provide by clicking on the links below!

What do you mean ‘outdoor’?
We want you to embrace the STF ethos and get outside, set up camp,, toast marshmallows on the campfire, drag the family out on those sunset miles. Let’s make this a virtual race you won’t forget! Treadmills are NOT permitted!
Is there race bling?
Yep! We’ve created a bespoke eco friendly medal which can be purchased alongside your race entry. Runners who manage to complete 100 miles within 24 Hours will have the option to purchase a STF 100 mile buckle, by invitation after the event (£10 inc p&p).
Enter a small team (2-4) or large team (5-6) and work together to complete the race as a real-time relay!
This is a great option for running clubs, families, bootcamps, work places etc.. With no more than six members on any team you can embrace the team spirit and recreate that real race atmosphere, whilst adhering to current government guidelines!
Teams can also work together remotely!
You are welcome to buddy up but only one team members miles will count at any one time, this means to maximise your team miles you will be required to work as a team for the full 24 hour duration.
Awards will be given for the following categories;
