Starting at 2pm you have 6 hours to tackle the beautiful 5 mile forest course.
Starting at 8pm, your aim is to complete as many 5 mile laps as possible in 12 hours. This is a test of strength, stamina, determination and grit.
Starting at midday, your aim is to complete as many laps of our 5 mile course as possible in 24 hours. Enter solo or as a team (up to 8). This is a test of endurance, speed, fitness, mental toughness and teamwork!
